30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Returns must meet the following conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Problematic Items

Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special or personalized orders), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We apologize, but promotional items or gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item and purchase the new item once your return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if items are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return items within 14 days without reason. As noted above, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
