We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please contact us at zouzemingmingming@outlook.com to start the return process. A return shipping label and instructions will be provided upon approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions:

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, and promotional items cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

For an exchange, return the original item and purchase the new one once the return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

For items shipped to the EU, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days without a reason, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

Refunds:

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received it within 15 days, please contact us.
